User survey guidance - 2017-18

Social care user survey guidance - 2017-18

In 2017-18 only one user experience survey is being conducted: The Adult Social Care Survey (ASCS).

2017-18 is the eighth year of the Adult Social Care Survey, which is designed to help the sector understand more about how services are affecting lives. User experience information is critical for understanding the impact of services and for enabling choice and informing service development.
